Hi all,

could I ask some of you to review my CV... I hate writing them and would like some non-hp advise.

Thanks

Can't you ask for your Daddie's advice?

I'm sifting through CV's at the moment for a Team Leader role and there's some complete dross. My biggest piece of advice would be to make sure you can demonstrate delivery.

Listing job duties does nothing for me - showing that you've put something in place and the benefits were £x or Y is the kind of thing that leaps out more than anything.

Also if you write "I work well as part of a team as well as on my own initiative" then you may as well write "Am also Human"
