I don't know what a Blesbok or a Mouflon are, but all of it, I guess. No real shock there.

They do Squirrel here, I would try that, there are a lot of Deep South recipes that use this meat. Elvis was a fan of it by all accounts.

A mouflon is a mountain sheep/goat thing. Apparently you get them in Cyprus as I have been dragged up a mountain to see them (i didn't see any).

You can get reindeer, elk, horse and crocodile here in the supermarket they aren't that exotic.but just cured salted reindeer meat is delicious. Lots of salt is the Swedish way
