First had a run in with Yodel before Christmas when they sat on an Amazon delivery for 10 days and told me they were too busy to deliver it!

Turned out they used to be called the Home Delivery Network Limited and after a merger with DHL (and nothing to do with fact that they were slagged off weekly by Points of View) they changed to Yodel.

So this week I’ve been waiting for an O2 Boost Box, this will boost my mobile signal at home, (I’m on a pilot group via work). O2 are being a pain by insisting that it’s delivered to my home, but as I’m off this week I didn’t see a problem.

Yodel has claimed they have tried to deliver it 4 times in the last 10 days, not had one note etc through the door. I was told they would try again today.

This morning I had an 8 Yard Skip delivered and have been busy all day filling it with shit I don’t want any more and garden rubbish.

About 2 hours into my skip filling, this utter piece of shit looking yellow van pulls up outside my house, it had no logo on it and was filthy. My first thought was that they were gypsies sniffing around my skip for scrap metal. Then the door opened and it was Yodal!

They clearly hand their parcel delivery to any fucker with a van, the guy I spoke too was a lying wanker who claimed he had put note through the door 3 times.

What a shower of shit they are.

Yes. In my experience they lie about having attempted to deliver things and also lose and break stuff.

I was just thinking today how unfortunate I am to have them very commonly the courier that brings the stuff around here. They're impolite, unreliable, and not at all courteous drivers.

My HDNL (I heard they'd become yodel ages ago, but I think he's still branded HDNL) guy is ok, most of my Amazon stuff comes through them, and they nearly always deliver between 16:00 and 17:00 which is normally a good time for us, so it's all good.

The one that delivers to work seems aright. The one that delivers to home leaves stuff with random neighbours and usually doesn't leave a card, the dick.
