Has anyone been watching the Dirk Gently series on BBC4?

I think it's a bit better than the pilot episode, and very entertaining. Sadly just a three episode series, but very enjoyable.

I saw this was on the other night and flipped over and it was brilliant. Very like the recent Sherlock Holmes series.

Ah, I did see it when I was flipping through the TV guide but had assumed, since they seem to have not bothered advertising it in any way at all, that it must be a repeat. I'll catch up with it on the iPlayer as we quite enjoyed it last time.

Better than the pilot, but still not as good as the books. Still worth watching. Can't understand why there hasn't been more publicity about it.

BBC doing that thing again where they sneak something good out on a channel no fucker watches at a time nobody notices. In the meantime, check out this comedian-filled panel show. Then watch this shite about houses or antiques. Did you miss last week's comedian-filled panel show? Here, have it again tonight with five extra minutes of filler! House prices accurate July 2005.
