https://digital.darkhorse.com/profile/1 ... egabundle/Not sure if I want to buy this. Somehow, the fact it's digital and costs $40 in one go is giving me the heebie-jeebies, despite the fact that I've spent way more than that on Kindle books. Am I being silly? The dead tree versions seem to be about £8 a book (x7), so the digital ones are way cheaper.

I can see the appeal of digital books that are text only, but for Graphic Novels I don't think I'd choose digital over print.

I once dozed off whilst reading my Walking Dead volumes 1-8 Single Huge Volume O' Doom Edition. It fell out of my grasp and hit me in the face. Damned near dislocated my jaw.
I've just tried the app out on the iPad with a few freebie comics. It does seem to work OK (it's a bit crummy on the iPhone, unsurprisingly). Hmmm.

I've used Comic Zeal on the iPad, for reading CBRs of old series on holiday, rather than taking the comics with me, and that was… OK. Comixology is something I've never quite managed to get into, for some reason. I'm much happier devouring the latest Hellboy, Usagi Yojimbo or 2000 AD in print, and even the few digital comics I've bought haven't all been read yet.
As for Sin City, you could probably get away with buying the first four books and ignoring the last three. Seriously diminishing returns after That Yellow Bastard, IMO. Still, if you do go digital, the b&w art will probably look quite nice on the screen.
