Clever Internet DNS peeps:

Am I right in thinking that, when inserted into a client of our's domain DNS records, this SPF record:

Code:
v=spf1 ip4:<our IP address> mx include:<our domain> ~all

will allow all of their listed mail servers (in the MX records of their domain) to send e-mail (the "mx" part of the SPF) and will also allow our domain (on our IP address) to send e-mail claiming to be from their domain too?

Thx!

We use
Code:
v=spf1 a mx ptr mx:beex1.beex.co.uk mx:beex2.beex.co.uk ip4:[IP address] include:beex.co.uk -all

Which is mostly the same, but for two servers. We've got -all rather than ~all (hard fail rather than soft fail), though, and an 'a' and 'ptr', both of which refer to different types of verification (mx is one, too).

Simple answer, though - yes.

SPG is a sensible name, of course.
