Attention people of Beex! Due to the recent E3 thing getting a few of my boosty type friends over Revelations later this year, the multiplayer on Brotherhood has been undergoing a bit of a resurgence lately; therefore you are all cordially invited to play tomorrow (Tuesday) evening, starting 8ish or possibly earlier. If you haven't tried it before, this would be a good place to start. The Wanted game mode is very simple yet entertaining - room of 8 players where each player has a target and someone else hunting them, the sneakier your kill is the more points you get. IT IS DEAD GOOD. And even if you don't like it, well, it'll make a change won't it?

Indicate your level of desire to be involved here!

You try and sneak around and kill your target while trying to avoid an unidentified pursuer. You get points per kill depending on how ninja you are ie if you stalk your prey silently across a rooftop and leap down on him as he passes under you then you score more than if you charge at him like a loon brandishing your knife. You unlock extra things as you level up, both defensive and offensive upgrades, but it's not too unbalanced for n00bs starting out. Also, the better you are doing the more pursuers you will have assigned to you, levelling the game out on the hoof.

Who on here has it? I'm thinking malabelm, wtb, davpaz, gilly maybe? And gospvg does too because I remember him trying to rally people to play it one evening with little success...

Did you try the multiplayer yet? There's a tutorial mode that gives you the basics (and lets you pop a few achieverments) that might be worth bumbling about in for 20 minutes or so to get a feel for it...

Shamefully, I never bothered to check out the multiplayer on this at all. I think it's still on my shelf, possibly, but I still can't really be bothered.

Yes I have this, I was planning to start it soonish now that I've finished Fallout:NV and Portal 2. I hadn't given the multiplayer a thought but it sounds fun! I'll see if I can get away with booking some Xbox time tonight, what time are you thinking?

I understand that actually, I assumed it was just a tagged on afterthought because they felt every game has to have multiplayer and blanked it conpletely myself until a few weeks ago when I decided to hoover up the achievements, at which point I realised I was dead wrong.

Gill, it's scheduled for 8, if anything it'd be earlier rather than later.

Kov, Bobby, you think you want a dabble? (kovacs you'll have to remind me of your username if it's different to your one on here)

I never played it, lent it to a friend who played it through.
I also have the rest of the series. Never got into them.
