Another tech question that has probably been answered already/blindingly obvious.

I want to download and save this:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p01bh71f

I found a very good programme that can download more or less any BBC radio program - but I don't want the whole program just the bit i linked. Any ideas?

Install Audacity, and record it in real time.

http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/

You might need to read this, too:

Quite possibly. It will let you record any noise your PC is making.

Yep, good program isn't it? Unfortunately what i want is categorized as a clip (although its an hour long) and it would seem you can only do whole shows from that.

Wouldn't it be easier to download the whole program and then use Audacity to cut out the bit you want?
