To be honest, this woman's thing seems like it might be a sort of addiction to me. Addiction may be the wrong word, but it makes me think of one of those situations where people get hooked on having tattoos or surgery or what have you. I can't imagine this is something she does because she thinks it makes her attractive - it may just be something she likes doing. An odd thing that you'd think might be confined to fantasy for some, but that she's taken further.

Of course, this is all just idle speculation. I am not an expert on tits psychology. I do wonder, given that she's in porn, whether this isn't a deliberate career move, though - do it for a few years, then have the procedure reversed (and some kind of tit anti-matter implant, maybe) when you've made a pile of cash. You probably need a 'thing' to distinguish yourself in porn more than ever these day.
