Oh those fucking arseholes >:(

Just as I buy a shed load of games they go and release this one and it's cheap (£15) and apparently very good.

IGN loved it.

http://uk.pc.ign.com/articles/114/1141725p1.html

And now I have to sit here and resist just to see what Steam have in their cheapo goody bag tonight >:(

Well, if today's cheapos are as shit as the ones yesterday I'll get it :)

I got the first episode for free for some reason, by registering with telltale ages ago.
Played it for 5 minutes yesterday, got to the point where I had to actually wander around and click on stuff, and had a distinct "meh" feeling, and switched it off.

I think i'll give it another go, i'm doing bugger all at the moment anyway!

Sounds like a good plan man. Let me know how it goes because it's one of my fave childhood movies ever.

Half hour later, and it's quite good! Gameplay is very basic at the moment, as it's a generic and obvious point and click. It's chock full of film references though, so if you love the film, you'll most likely love the game! :D

Really? Bastards aren't letting me have my free episode till February! Naturally, I'm now thinking of buying it and playing it now.

Well I've managed to resist thus far. It's been hard though !

I think I'll wait until the 27th when things will no doubt be shitty boring.

Thoughts from anyone who has played this?
Do I clear the cobwebs & fire up my PC to play it?

Easy is fine, is it worth buying - how long did it take you to complete?

It's £15.29 on Steam! http://store.steampowered.com/app/31290/ :P

Plus, I hate D2D. I never once had a good download speed from them, compared to the 1.5mb/s I downloaded Dead Rising 2 at before from Steam. Both Steam and D2D have terrible customer support though, incase you care about my brilliant opinion.

I've played it for about an hour and I'm guessing I'm about 20% through, based on the way the films are structured, and the game is basically structured exactly the same way.

It's extremely easy though, essentially it's an interactive film, there isn't any puzzle solving as such, just click the next thing to carry on with the story.

It really depends how much of a fan of the films you are, as a fourth film it is great, as a game, not so much. :)
