Apparently one of our websites is making ZoneAlarm complain, but I can't simply things enough for the person that told us about it to understand the phrase "what is it complaining about".

So - anyone got ZoneAlarm that could visit a site and tell me why it kicks off?

I don't have ZA, but can you not get them to send you a screenshot of the warning? I realise that if they're not literate enough to understand "What is it complaining about?" they have almost no chance of understanding instructions for making screenshots, but worth a punt?

Tried that. They didn't understand 'paste it into an email' so I gave up.

Tell them to uninstall it :)

(Sorry. Probably not overly helpful. Why not install a trial of it?)

Get them to paste it into Excel, then send you that. That's how I seem to get most of my screenshots.

Uhh, then how is it "in bits" or "being used by someone else"?

If you have taken your only testbed to bits, try not taking your testbed to bits. It's not much but it's the best I can do with what you've given me.

Can you do a desktop sharing thing through skype or MSN or something like that?

I stopped using ZoneAlarm ages ago, it had started to become really annoying and intrusive. Now I just use the windows firewall/defender/security essentials stuff.

Edit:
