I've done a little bit of fiddling with SavyGamer, and for some reason now have two Tweetmeme buttons displaying on posts

I'm not sure what I changed that did this, and I can't find anywhere online to tell me how to fix it.

Any suggestions?

You have two instances of "tweetmeme_button" in your code. I can't remember which bit of code it'll be in from within the Wordpress backend, but just go into the edit codey bit and search for "tweetmeme_button", you should find amongst the code a few lines which are basically the same as eachother. Delete one of them.

edit: I actually think your problem is you've got the tweet button in both your individual post code and the general page template, so it's displaying it twice.

See that's what I thought it might be, but I can't find any instance of "tweetmeme_button" on any of the pages when I look at them in the editor.

Edit: I just tried removing them from the front page in the tweetmeme button settings, and it removed them from the front page, but individual posts still have 2.

Just search for 'tweetmeme'. You're looking for an iframe which hooks up to their website and shows their stuff.

Well, it's not doing a Javascript substitution so it's there somewhere...

Have you checked the code bit in Wordpress (sorry, I forget what it's actually called), rather than the pages?

Managed to fix it by going to the Stylesheet and telling it to hide the extra one like this:

Code:
.article-teaser .tweetmeme_button { display:none; }

It appears to be working fine now, although I still don't understand what happened.

That's "fixing", not fixing ;)

Phone the person that made the template and shout.

It is a free theme to be fair.

I'm probably just going to leave it and forget about it and get massively frustrated when it causes me massive problems in the future.

I only just noticed, category pages are broken too:

Looks like something relatively simple, the sidebar if just appearing in the wrong place, any ideas?
