I was halfway through building the worlds best snowman, and then the mean man delivering a take away menu knocked it over

Set fire to the menu and put it through the letterbox of the takeaway.

Then ring up the Council and tell them you saw rats in their kitchen and what are they gonna do?

I've heard a a tale, which is probably an urban myth, as I've heard it recounted with the parties and location differing.

Anyway, the one I liked was during a strike in the Thatcher years. The striking people had built a snowman. Then the police ran it over in their Land Rover. So they built another one and the police ran it over in their land rover.

They then built a third.

Over a concrete bollard.

MAD magazine did a similar one, where you see a thuggish teenager winding up to kick a little snowman.

The next panel is him hopping clutching his smashed foot, while half the snowman is missing revealing the fire hydrant underneath.

I made a wee snowman this morning, he lives next to the holly tree & has black wine gums for eyes. The only neighbour awake* opened his window & shouted "Are you no a wee bit big for that?" then offered me a wee dram to help my cough
*I think I might have woke him up with my coughing.

I didn't have any whisky because I had to go buy messages* & I wanted to climb Loudon Hill.
