Any ideas what they're going for?

Weren't Gamestation selling these off for about £20 the other month? I'm sure they were actually because I saw it on UKhotdeals.

I don't think they flew off the shelves then to be honest. Does it actually do anything? I've seen them on eBay with real battery powered chainsaws but they were mega expensive.. and not gold.

It goes "RRRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGG" and vibrates a bit. The version shown above goes for about $120-$140 on ebay.com. They look super tacky. The guy wanted £50 for it. I was too risk averse to buying it for that so I said I'd sell it on ebay and split the profit with him but he refused. Thus I figure he knew it wasn't worth it.

That is correct. I couldn't find any record of them having sold on ebay recently though. I think my offer was entirely fair.

They were £120 on release day. Game (they were a Game exclusive) dumped stock, first at £50, then £20 (I tried to buy one at that price but couldn't find one).

You were right to turn it down at £50, I would say, although I wouldn't like to speculate what it's actually worth.
