It's political correctness gone mad.

The nanny state telling us how to behave around women! It wasn't like this during the war!

...Oh...

As long as they know their limits, I can tolerate them in the work place.

He's got me, there's only one space after the question mark. I typed two of them though.

Councellor isn't a word though. The options are either councillor or, more appropriate in this case, counsellor.

This rather suggests that the employers' approach to chaps was:

Don't tell the bastard anything about what he's supposed to be doing or where he fits in, and then yell at him when he fucks everything up.

Make sure to place him on the machine he is least familiar with and which is likely to cause the most horrific injury possible when he inevitably makes a mistake. And then yell at him for making a mess with his dismembered limbs.

Ensure that his working environment is cold, damp noisey and unpleasant. And yell at him.

Supervise by either (a) ignoring him or (b) yelling at him randomly.

Hilariously attach his tie to the lathe.

Yell at him.

When he does a good job, find whatever fault you can and yell at him about it until even you've forgotten what he did right.

If he has problems with work, sack him. And then yell at him.

Oh, hang on.

Erm, that wasn't quite what I had in mind... I now feel like the naughty kid who's been sent to the headmaster for failing to do his homework. :D

(You don't really want me to do it, do you...? You just know it'll be both shite and innaccurate; I've not even been around much this last week)

Haha!

I didn't say there was. It was more of a general question. As a Scotsman you must have to use the apostrophe regularly in speech! ;)

Oxford commas read logically to me. Also, I have no idea why that picture relates to women, kalmar, but it is great.

I switch between Oxford and non-Oxford commas depending on how the sentence reads. Sometimes an added comma improves readability quite considerably.

Pfft. I don't know; you lot, honestly.

One minute we're talking about women, next thing it's bleedin' Oxford commas and apostrophes. And VW camper vans.
Meh. Can someone post some piccies of nice, fulsome breasts to get this thread back on track please? :D

In other news, here's a picture of the lovely Cameron Diaz in a bathing suit:

http://www.solarnavigator.net/films_mov ... g_suit.jpg

Mmmm, Cameron Diaz. Yes. Always a total sucker for tall, leggy blondes, me. 'Phwoar wot a stunna' etc., should redress the balance here somewhat. :)

I didn't think it was patronising, what's wrong with saying Cameron Diaz is a stunningly beautiful woman in my opinion?
Shit, anyway, women absolutely love to be told that they're gorgeous, in my experience.
