It's interesting that we are already -- with only two Android phones on the market (albeit quite a few on the way -- seeing the OEMs start to customise the UIs. This is a strength of the Android dev system, but could be a weakness too if it goes too far and fragments the platform before it can establish itself. For example, will HTC's SenseUI offer API hooks for devs to do interact with? And if devs do so, what happens if you run it on another Android device?
