Something preferably free please 'cos I'm skint atm.

I need something around 1ghz with 256mb or so of ram, for Win98.

I can pay the postage up to £25.

Basically tonight we were having a discussion about awesome sound tracks for computer and arcade games. At that point I realised I had a 90% back catalogue of Sega PC games.

But Vista is being an asshole.

could you not use virtual pc in vista to install Win 98?

Andy I've never used VPC. Might have to give that a go, though I'm not sure all my brand new hardware would have drivers for 98. Infact, no, it won't.

Riles. I need a shit PC

All the games I want to run were designed to run on like, 4mb graphics cards. Most don't even have 3dfx support so a 16mb onboard pile of pap would do the job. These games are early to mid 90s.

Any way, my apologies for being a thickie but I didn't realise that Virtual PC runs win98 with emulated support, so it might actually work.

Installing Windows 98SE now, man it's been a while
