 Post subject: iphone help needed

som my osx crashed last week, after i plugged in an old hard drive
kernal panics
reinstalled osx 10.4 on it
worked like a charm, itunes has all programmes and music, but when i plug in the iphone it just charges, iphote sees it, but itunes doesn't, what to do?

Reinstall iTunes? There's an iTunes helper which keeps a look out for the iPhone on USB. If you've resintalled the OS it's probably gone.

Just an idea.

That's true. Oddly it doesn't seem to automatically start iTunes when you connect it though, but iPhoto does. Maybe there's a setting for that.

photo start due to a strange programme called image capture, which i just managed to switch off (as it alsostarted iphoto when inserting my flip video cam (it has a real weird name in dutch too),

i'll try to reinstall it
