Does anyone have binutils installed? Can I punt an object file to you to see if objdump will work on it?

I would install binutils myself but am positive it would bugger up one of the toolchains I have already if I try building it..

If you're that worried, compile binutils from source, so it doesn't install (ie do do "make", don't do "make install")?

Or for maximum overkill, copy your thing to a usb key and boot from a livecd for something like gentoo, which I'm fairly sure will have binutils on it (or you can install binutils into ramdisk, or something).

Or install virtualbox (or some other VM jobby) and install into that!
