Be Excellent To Each Other

I know some of you lovely people here are keen owners of the 360 version of Test Drive Unlimited.

Since selling my 360, I recently picked up the game on the PC. I can play it just fine with a wired 360 controller, but I'd like to get the controller remapped to be as close to the 360 version as possible. Since I can't for the life of me remember the proper controller mapping anymore, could someone maybe scan in the controls for the 360 version from the manual and post it here?

I would be very grateful and would potentially even be prepared to blow you a kiss if so desired.
