I've just received this from my brother:

I've won the european super cup and the european cup. I've won the Uefa cup, the premiership and the FA Cup. I've been relegated from the premiership but never played in the championship. I still play in the premiership to this day. Who am I?

I'm stumped. Anyone?

We had this one at work the other day. Popular wisdom seems to think it's either Kanu or Jermaine Pennant, although no one seems to have the definitive answer.....

Jermaine Pennant played in the Championship. He was on loan with Watford a few years ago.

EDIT - ALTHOUGH, that was 2002-03, when it was still Division (2 - Ed.).

Do you just mean the 'Championship' or are you including the 'Fisrt Division' as was in that term?

That was certainly her surname.

Knowing nothing about this but always suspecting a rat I wondered if the famous Tony Adams happened to have a father in law called Tony Adams too.
