As much as I despise celebrity culture, where fame is propagated by an endless series of magazine appearances, I cannot help but have noticed the last couple of days mention of Kerry Katona's appearance on GMTV, where she basically appears to be a deranged stroke victim.

I don't know what she's taking but I seriously doubt it's sleeping medication. I love a bit of schadenfreude but I'm also fascinated at the mindset of such people. Plastic surgery to pump away enough fat to fit the dumb munter into a size 10, before getting enhanced tits out for lads mags (classy) while being followed by an MTV crew (and we know how I feel about them) only then to stumble on a prime mid-morning slot to slur embarassing and talk like you're drunk/drugged and highly paranoid.

Being halfway through an NVQ in Advice and Guidance specialising in mental health and substance misuse*, I wouldn't recommend someone bipolar on strong meds does TV appearances, let alone has an MTV crew follow her around. You won't get better that way.

*The substance misuse purely as a subject I'm unlikely to need to do extra study on.

I like Iceland, but fuck me, those adverts are annoying. I didn't even connect her name to that annoying face until recently, but I've assumed for ages that she was some sort of 'famous for fuck all' wastrel just based on the way they paraded her around. She's ill now, is she? Well, being famous for fuck all is very stressful, so she should fuck off and it'll probably sort itself out.

Didn't she used to be married to the fattie from Westlife? Though actually I don't believe he's all that fat these days.
