Seems a long shot that anyone else receives orders via Kewill's WebEDI solution.
Anyway, for some reason if I print orders in Firefox then I just get the page furniture without the order details in it, print preview looks fine and the page prints okay in IE - WHY? And is there a setting I can change that will fix it?

Perhaps try printing it in black and white, if you weren't already?
