The title might seem weird, but it the best i could do on this.

Last year i participated on a special urban planning project: to improve cycle path planning, an architecture institute put camera's on cyclists head in the roud between my quarter and the center of Utrecht. Which was quite fun (see urbantrajectories.nl )

This year a group of artist thought of a follow up project: let the cyclists experience the route in a different way, by combining it with something they love. Last month they did an interview with me to pick a theme.. and from everything i said, they picked up the sentence that i liked to play mario kart with my son.

And thus, they supplied me with a classic sportscar annex cycling skelter, and gave me a bunch of mario kart inspired stickers. together with my kids i cycled from home to the center, putting a stickers along the route.

well it's more that you give a meaning a sense to your route and that, crossing other routes people wonder about the people who take routes..
