Don’t get too excited... I have a gen 1 PS3 (the one with the hardware PS2 chipset) However, the eject mechanism for the Blu-ray drive is broken. It’s an easy enough fix, but involves buying the whole drive for about £40 I think, and being competent enough to fix it. You can manually eject games if you leave the lid detached I think.
Anyway, it’s got a couple of controllers with it as well.
I also have a GamePark GP2X handheld console. Runs emulation of MD, NES, SNES, Neo Geo etc. Has a stack of roms with it. I’d recommend getting an ac adaptor for it as it eats batteries this thing. Think 90 mins from a fresh set of AAs
Free to a good home. You pay the delivery though.
DM with details if interested.

From memory the best battery solution for the Gp2x was some of the rechargeable with really high numbers on them (2700 / 3200?) which lasted a while and you just swapped them out - *dont* use normal batterys in them because although they do work it eats them especially if you overclock things

If no-one wants the PS3 I'd like the controllers.

I'd be interested in the GP2X for sure.
Anyone thinking of the PS3, it's pretty easy to softmod a PS3 to run games off just the hard drive. As long as it's not on the latest firmware. Or you could just get games from PSN I suppose.
