Be Excellent To Each Other

Right, in the summer I want to goes holidays and goes France. Due to a series of unfortunate events I have to take the wife and child. As we live in the Fucking North I don't want to drive so I'll probably want to get on a flight to Northern France.

Has anyone done Eurocamp or similar in mainland Europe? Is it going to be all nice?

This is the unknown so I fear it.

The only thing I know about this sort of holiday is that swimming shorts as we know them in the UK are forbidden in pools

So you have to wear Spedo's or Budgy smugglers for all water related activities.

My mate went and he said it was really good, all the facilities you needed and nice weather. (he told me about the Budgy smuggler rule as well)

Was impressed with the Eurocamp site, it offers a good choice of accommodation from tents to houses.

My wife was having a search based on the accommodation type, everything she liked was 1000KM from Calais!

Just take a leap of faith and book it (well maybe after a few Trip Advisor searches!)

if your going to fly maybe look at going to Ile de Rè? Its a Island off the coast near to La Rochelle. We went for a drive around a few yeas ago really nice beaches. Euro have a place there

I shall look I to that, thanks. I am not sure what The Child's tolerance is for air travel. if we needed a car, I guess I could always drive down and the wife and child fly.
