I've shot 333 photographs. (!)

I have enough material to compile a small book of The Sex Pest Expressions Of MaliA's Face.

Thanks guys,

we had an absolutely amazing day and evening and it wouldn't have been even a tenth as good, and indeed would not have happened at all if it were not for this place and the people that make it so special.

Russell and I met because this band of internet miscreants has the ability to draw people in and welcome them to a family. An odd-looking family, sure, but a warm and loving one.

We have just made it back through the door, bleary eyed and exhausted. Unloading the car took 30 minutes. We haven't yet found the energy to make a culpa, but hopefully we will have bait of a relax, a drink, maybe look at some of the photos that I think Ange took for the main part (which we'll also upload in time) then maybe ready some of eh guest book messages and open a few cards and things.

It took me about half an hour to remove all of the pins from my hair last night, and I'm about half a foot shorter without my hair up.

Some of the things that I will remember most warmly is Sistacrumpet's utterly baffled reaction to Black Lace's Music Man, Grim abandoning me on the high windowsill after lifting me up there and a bit that you will have not seen: we were taken through Drayton Manor Theme Park on a golf buggy to go to an old fashioned painted carousel for pictures. We sat on the back of the Golf Buggy, facing backwards. As we were driven through, all of the adults clapped and cheered, and all of the children, especially all of the little girls started waiting, then someone called out 'look, a princess' and everyone started waving. It was one of the most precious, magical little moments, and just made me feel like an actual princess.

If anyone did get any nice shots and puts them on Flickr, or Facebook, etc, could you just post me a link as we'd love to have a look.

Thank you again all for your well wishes and warmth, love and friendship x x x

I'm just about to start going through mine. I'll put some edited highlights on Facebook, but then also send you a full set of JPG or (if you'd prefer) RAWs.

It was quite spectacular, but I think it is a credit to your wife's humour (yes, with a 'u'!) and nature that it didn't matter, she danced along with all the lunatics anyway.

That would be amazing. RAWs would be perfect if you could manage that, though obviously JPGs if that is too much of a faff. I'm just starting to go through the shots that Ange took on our camera. You're a photogenic bunch!

I have been here almost four years and quite a few weddings and this was the funniest thing I had ever seen.

It really was fun wedding and the you two look so wonderful together. You can see the love you have for each other and I'm grateful I was able to be there to witness your happiness.

Not a faff at all, I'll get it sorted. I'm still sifting, down to about 100 keepers from 333 in total. I may have some good animated GIFs in here.

Just to echo everything that Mimi already said.

She's such a wonderful person who I totally don't deserve, but something made her marry me anyway.

We had a great time, and thank you for those of you who came to share in our special day. It was an absolute pleasure.

Love you all xxx

Those pictures are fabulous, Doc - thank you so very much! Will you allow us to print some out for the memories we'd love to keep of the day?

I have been through the pictures on our camera, which were mostly taken by the beautiful and obviously talented Ange, and uploaded some here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/eskimimi/ ... 972320214/

I'll upload them to Facebook in a bit, too

Some great pictures and a great wedding. So much fun!

Disappointingly, I went on the old style carousel today, and not one person thought I was a Princess.

What an amazing wedding and thank you once again for asking me to be part of it. Both Mimi and Russ looked like the happiest people in the world... and who can blame them?

I took 5 pictures and I've posted them here.
