The Trip to Italy starts tonight on BBC2!

The Trip was one of the best things I've seen so hopefully this will be excellent too.

Really? Was this not the show with Rob Brydon and whatsisname being tedious abdcrepeatibgvtge sane one joke and a rubbish impression of Michael Caine in a slightly different restaurant over numerous episodes. Just endlessly repeating the same catchphrase over and over?

If that's the same show, it made me dislike both of them. I just imagine it's how they are in real life, now.

Rob Brydon isn't funny, but Steve Coogan's reactions to him are hilarious.

I can't stand either of them. I can't think of a single thing they've been in that's made me laugh.
