Cost for the second house is an additional £950. With current attendees (assuming nobody drops out) we're looking at £155pp (vs £100 for just the big house)

However, there's a few regulars who I've not spoken to yet that could likely bring the pp cost down.

My gut instinct is to book it and just concentrate on getting a few more yeses?

Deposit paid! Got a new board game for my birthday too, a Master & Commander type Age of Sail theme that looks to play like that Star Wars spaceship pew-pew game, but with tacking and gun-smoke fog banks and fires and stuff. So might be bringing that if it be good.
