Er. There's probably parking. I've only been to the house once, for 20 minutes, at 4pm on a Thursday. There should be space for an airbed somewhere. It's 2 up, 2 down but they're really fucking small 2s.

I've just had a play around on the Premier Inn site. It seems you can stay for any of the following combinations for our Manchester meet:

• Friday
• Friday & Saturday
• Sunday

but not:

• Saturday
• Saturday & Sunday

I said they might be. We had the same issue trying to stay in Nottingham, and the first thing you get when you phone up is an automated reservation system that tells you the same thing. A real person might actually be trained to take your money, but we just ended up staying somewhere else (which wasn't the best of plans, really).

I can't help but think you all booking hotel rooms for this is a waste of cash, unless paying all that money for maybe five hours' sleep before the mandatory checkout at 11am is your idea of value for money.

We'd only choose one of them, obviously... we're not greedy.

My idea of value for money is having a bed to sleep on within staggering distance of the places I'll be getting drunk in for two nights.

What would you suggest we do? Rough it for two nights, or cram even more people into 0,1,1,2,3,5,8,13's house? Or stay in a shitty youth hostel?

I've never spent any decent amount of time in a hotel, but I'm bloody glad of having a bed at the end of the night. It works out at £29 or so a night, and that's nothing.
