I'll have a look for a good one later, Romanista. I actually quite like not giving people a guide though, because people have gone in different directions with it and I think that's quite nice. It only has to be very short though -- literally just a paragraph is fine (though feel free to write more if you want, some people have done so). For example, if I just add one more meaty sentence to this paragraph, then I'd say this is about the right sort of length. How's that?

I really don't want this to fall by the wayside, because apart from anything else I've spent hours compiling and editing it.
