I love Breaking Bad. I series linked it on FX, but then for some reason it stopped being on halfway through the first series. Is the resumption the second series? If so, what happened to the rest of the first one?

Has anyone else noticed just how many American TV shows are absolutely saturated in 'orange'? Orange, orange everywhere. It's really offputting.

I thoroughly enjoyed 'Glee' last night.

Even the link between the two hours was funny, as the announcer guy said hello to Simon Pegg (who had tweeted that he was watching it).

I also enjoyed Glee, even though I wasn't really watching it. The bad lip sync and dubbing was annoying though.

Indeed. As was my V+ box not recording the last minute of either of the two hours.

I found Glee very up-and-down, but on the whole it was good fun. Sue Sylvester (played by the always-awesome Jane Lynch) makes it worth watching almost single-handedly - her disparaging description of Emma when she's chatting to Will's wife about halfway through the season is an absolute work of art.

Anyone watched "Castle"? It stars everyone's favourite spaceship captain Nathan Fillion as an author who helps the police in a similar fashion to The Mentalist only he's not right all the time and doesn't put his hands in his suit jacket pockets.

I'm halfway through season 1 and it's thoroughly entertaining with basically Mal Reynolds saving the day with less buckling of his swash but still plenty of sarcasm and some decent lines - favourite so far his ringing up of his detective associate to tell her gleefully "Guess who's got a date with a prostitute?".

Worth a watch if you like The Mentalist or Bones.

Yeah, it cut off halfway through the songs each time.

When the Journey song came on I was all, "Aaaah, now I see why they picked that song for little Joe in the X Factor"...

They married over the new year just past i think - and yes it seems odd that he was going out with and has now married 'his sister'.

True Blood was one of those shows which has a weird vibe going on but its interesting , then it just goes totally nuts and never even considers going back to 'normal'

Sure there are plot inconsistances but there are that many strange things happening in front of you that you either forgive them or miss them completly.

Finished 'Life' S2 last night. I think it was a thoroughly excellent show, although it ended a little confusingly. The main female lead is incredibly attractive, and it also has brief appearances from Our Mrs Reynolds, who is fit.

Awesome moment for Firefly fans in Castle, season 2 episode 5.

Castle, played by Nathan "Mal" Fillion is preparing for his Halloween Party and dresses up in a perfect Mal oufit. His daughter says "what are you supposed to be?" and Castle answers "Space Cowboy!" with a Firefly-esque chord on the soundtrack. Daughter then says "You last wore that costume over 5 years ago, shouldn't you let it go?"

I laughed out loud.
