A old fridge caught fire and they got fucking lucky it happened at night so no one was hurt which looking at photos of the place makes you wonder if angels do exist after all. fun fact: it's been named the worst private trust hospital in the UK, they cut hundreds of nurses, spent 1.5 million on renovating the area that burnt down (with borken sprinklers as it turns out) and were in profit last year.

I didn't know NPH was gay until I started following him on Twitter and he mentioned his adopted kids and partner casually.

He's been openly gay since the days of Dougie Howser.

That's a good question, and I think the answer depends upon whether I'm a worker, employee or a contractor.

There is, doesn't come into force until october, though, that's when the three month clock begins ticking. Then there's all sorts of things, like parity of pay, benefits and the like. it's going to be an interesting time, for sure.

Yeah, that is annoying, as if they don't get enough time off. But I guess if you had to attend training courses, you'd be less than happy about them coming out of your holiday time.

Some email servers create a hash of email contents as part of their spam check. Basically they compare the email to see if it is the same as another email already marked as spam. It might relate to that.
