Heh -

Game 1:
0.216
0.217
0.217
0.216
0.217

Game 2:
0.216
0.217
0.217
0.216
0.216

I doubt I am that consistent down to the millisecond - I am very suspicious of how this is made.

I just tried it at home and got

0.217
0.217
0.216
0.217
0.216

A much faster machine , but yeah i think there is some oddities about how it gets the timings.

I am a bunny with mixed emotions because I too got a pay rise this month (happy) but they're still going to close my office at some time in the near future i.e. prolly at the end of the financial year (unhappy), and I don't know whether I'll be made redundant, will be offered an early retirement package, or offered a job elsewhere (ambivalent).

Lineage II addict sues game maker for not warning of the dangers of the game.

I only really wanted to post that to comment on the time he'd spent in it - over 20,000 hours on one game? 8)

I am unhappy today because it is my first day back at work after two and a half weeks off. :(

I also have reasons to be happy however; my wage rise which I didn't receive this month is being started as of my next pay date at the end of September and is also being backdated, so that will be a nice wee bit of cash to buy a new lens a surround sound system Christmas presents with. I am also due to start my new college year at a new college tomorrow and have just been told an hour ago that I can do two days a week at college if I want to complete the course in one year, so as I am back at the stage I would have been at if I hadn't been off for most of the year. :) So by the end of this college year i should be caught up, plus I should be starting a new two year course. So when my apprenticship finishes in a years time, I should be halfway through a two year course which should give them a bit of an incentive to keep me employed :)

A third reason to be happy is that my girlfriend is off work this week so when I get home she should be already making dinner and then we can go a walk along the beach before settling down to start season five of House. :luv: (I've been looking forward to this series for ages, I remember seeing a trailer of it and it was all about 13....)

I am happy today as Craig and I had the most beautiful romantic walk through the countryside with a picnic yesterday so I feel al refreshed though I caught the sun a little (I was wearing LOADS of factor 50+, so it seems rather unfair that I have tanned at all) and I have a backed potato in the oven, just squished a little to make the potato fluffy and now topped with cheese which should be melting beautifully as I write.

I missed Series 5 when it aired so I have just rewatched series 4. I forgot how great the last few episodes of that series were.

ZOMG Spoiler! Click here to view!
With the bus crash that House doesn't remember, leading up to Amber in hospital :'(

Hopefully House will occupy me until True Blood series 3 comes to our TV or I buy Dexter series three.

Off to a stag do this weekend in Bournemouth.

Will involve:
Paintballing - Yay!
Strip club - Yay!
Clubbing - Boo!

Haven't done paintballing in years, but last time I did it I thoroughly enjoyed it.
Boobs is boobs.
However clubbing is not my thing these days, i'm getting too old for that shit....

I've been reading the live blog on the Guardian about the Blair autobiography. It seems there is nothing really revelatory in it, but this paragraph in the blog on other politicians' responses to it made me L-LOL:

"John Prescott is talking about the book on the World at One. He's in full rant mode. He doesn't seem to like the book – the gist of his complaint is that Blair should be attacking the Tories, not his colleagues – but he calms down towards the end when Martha Kearney lets him talk about the time he punched a voter."

Bless him.
