Nah, not for me. Besides, I can't get over the fact they're so... Nice. I couldn't fancy a kids TV presenter if all I had to go on was how they look and their TV persona, no matter how fit they are. They too annoying.

The reviews on Argos are fantastic!
An epic toaster, perfect for many people wrote:
This toaster is amazing!
It doesn't tell you this but it heats up cooked meat like mini sausages, it cooks eggs in many ways such as omelette, scrambled, boiling (soft and hard) etc, and beans.
It's perfect for a person living alone, a university student or even a couple who live busy mornings/lives as breakfast is cooking while you do other things.
A brilliant creation that I cannot fault in any way. Just a note, it doesn't have a defrost button, other than that 10/10 perfect.

And this lady from Essex really likes her gadgets!

This product has transformed my life.
The only reason I hung on to my good for nothing husband was because he could cook breakfast and I couldn't.
But now I have this machine which does it for me. It's actually better than him; surprising how gadgets can easily replace men and even be better.
So I praise you toaster with yoyrnew fangle egg thing which cooks them perfectly each and every time.
I also salute you for a bean warmer! My Bridget jones 'eating out of a can' moments have ended.

That app still isnt brilliant, it's perfect if you get the same trains everyday on an annual ticket, but i'll have to fudge it a bit I think.

Is the form it sends through editable? My plan is to setup a couple of fake annual tickets for the usual routes I take, and then change the specific ticket details on the claim form if I was on a train that it shows. I really don't want to have to fill in the details of half a dozen tickets a week on the app every week!

Trains were totally fucked last night, so I shall be giving this a go sooner than I thought :)

After a night of no sleep and feeling like I was dying on my feet all day today I now have four glorious work-free days, where I shall be busy but not look at a single spreadsheet (or, actually, I probably will, but it won't be a work spreadsheet!)

I am totally ready for bed, but I shall try my absolute best to go to bed at a normal time.

After work today I went to all of the shops to buy a little cardigan, but there were no nice ones :( I bought a top and a shirt instead, but there is a sad lack of good summer knitwear out there. I wanted a little cropped cardigan. Going to go and play with my Sarah & Duck figurines now - they have a camper van and it is awesome.

Hmmm, a chap I know from another forum had been made redundant twice in quick succession, not long after his wife had buggered off with someone else, and had been unemployed for a couple of months. As he'd run out of money (benefits stopped as soon as he started work) and wasn't going to get paid for a month I'd offered to lend him some to tide him over.

He paid half back last month when I reminded him and said he'd do the rest this month which I was fine about, but now he seems to have vanished off Facebook and I have no other contact details for him. While obviously I'd prefer to get the money back it's not the end of the world if I don't, but I'm torn between hoping he's OK and hasn't had any other problems and feeling a little pissed off that he seems to have done a runner.

Will always be a difficult one as like you say, he's a friend, but a maxim to live life by is to never lend anyone any money you can't afford to outright never see again.

Yep, I totally agree - it was only £100 I lent him, and if I knew he was really in the shit I could just write it off and not lose sleep if it really helped him, but just disappearing like this is odd and annoying.

I saw them in Glasgow during the week in the new music venue that's been built down by Clyde and they were fucking awesome. They've always played a good selection of tracks from across their entire career whenever I've seen them, though this time they updated the production on the Pretty Hate Machine stuff so it was all a bit dubstep-y which was nice.

As a special birthday treat, I went to the doctors this morning for a checkup before my operation next week, to be told that I should book 3 weeks off work rather than 2, just in case. I can survive 3 weeks of throat pain for a paid 3 week holiday playing games and eating ice cream :D
