Hang on - at what point exactly were 'Man Eat', 'More Beef Life', and 'Bottom' considered as possible titles?

Obviously the latter would have appearances from both Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson.

"Zombee"? Mimi could have sued.

I like "Survive In A Mall". Say what you see...

I liked 'Stardust'. Best attempt at something like 'The Princess Bride' in a while (though obviously not as good).

Also, as well as hidden tracks, I hate artist who merge together two songs, have some sort of unnecessary coda, or talking/silence/noises between tracks.

My favourite track off the last Kenna album was ruined by having a ludicrously lame bit of silence afterwards, and then some rubbish that lasted for a while. So I can't ever put it on a playlist. It's also awkward to put tracks by Amanda Palmer on playlists, as generally there's some silence and 'atmospheric' whispering after the tracks that lasts for half a minute.

Grrrr!

If you've got a mac you can import the offending track into garageband and snip the end off quite easily then re-export it to iTunes.

This is handy in Windows:

Very basic editing without having to re-encode.

There's an interesting dichotomy between the attractive young Russian ladies and the elderly Babushkas. More so as there never seems to be an intermediate stage.

That's twice you've called people out on that now. The rules say we have to mark anything that's NSFW as NSFW, not the other way round.

It's like the Which? guide to local hookers. Searchable by postcode. With reviews.

It was a poor joke on the aging of Russian women, and a nod towards people traffikking.

If anyone's that worried about losing their jobs from following links on a forum, then perhaps they shouldn't be using work computers to access the forum in the first place?

Just saying, like.

Morte - are you sugegsting I should have to place health and safety warning signs over all my psots if I wish to post content that some other source may deem inappropriate?

I for one could not be arsed with even beginning to define where the line should be drawn.

So that is a good reason to allow porn then.

Don't be rediculas, I enjoy surfing the net at work when I have a break. I don't want anything spoiling the trust my employer has with me.

I think a fairly common sense and pragmatic approach can be taken to that. Sites reviewing prostitutes, for instance, are fairly easy to categorise as "NSFW".

The problem is more when it's not obvious from the link as to where it goes. If the link is "www.prostituteguide.co.uk" most of us could work out it's nsfw. But if its "www.angelfire.com/members/guide", not so much.

No, I'm not advocating we all start posting kiddy porn and stuff. I just don't want to have to consider others by plastering warnings over stuff.

I tend to take the approach of refraining from clicking off-site links until I get home in the evening.

I should have made more emphasis in my original psot on the part that said "If you're that worried."

I'm sure any reasonable employer checking IT logs would be able to track the difference between regular browsing or navigation of a porn site, and the innocuous accidental clicking through to the front page, and immediately closing the tab.

If you don't have a reasonable employer then you shouldn't be clicking on ANY links.

Man, January's really getting to our corner of the innerneh, isn't it? Seems to be quite a lot of circling bickering happening.

Marking NSFW yes. Marking SFW no.

And I'm not really bickering.

I agree with Myp.

If you think it should not be looked at at work, label it.

Why is that so bad?

Marking NSFW yes. Marking SFW no.

No-one's suggesting that that should be the case, though? I only queried with Mali as I knew he's posted NSFW for work stuff without flagging it before. And as he knows I'm at work, it was pertinent to check.

I think it was him, anyway. I could be entirely wrong, so I apologise to Mali anyway :)

Anyway - the "SFW" thing was me making a specific query as an individual, rather than a Mod-given rule. The only rule is "mark NSFW stuff as NSFW".
