Your two front teeth were smashed out in an "accident" in the middle of the gay village on a stag... say no more, what happens on stag, etc.

My knee's playing up something chronic at the moment, took some painkillers about an hour ago, and they have finally kicked in, but now I have a headache instead!

All of this not helped by the fact that because of my knee I hardly got any sleep last night, so I'm bloody knackered, and this morning I felt like I'd been put through a tumble drier, and was sure I was coming down with something (I often feel like that just before I come down with something)

Got a bill today from the dentist for them to take an xray as the normal dentist couldn't take a decent picture.£100. Ridiculous. I do get half of it back from the national insurance thingy, but 100quid for an xray. Christ knows what they're gonna charge me for the operation.

In France there were X-ray shops all over the place. Smallest village, middle of nowhere - at least one X-ray shop. Usually at least two.

Mental.

Fuckload easier than trawling to hospital though.

Just had to call an ambulance for my Dad and watch him get carted off to A&E for the second time in as many months :(

Still, at least he let us call one this time, he hates hostipals so refuses to let us call a doctor or anything until its possibly too late.

Looks like the wifi has gone on my laptop (after both hinges went) I think it must have been connected to thed screen, as those wires are getting increasingly frayed...

Eldest child threw a right strop today, didn't want to go to school, refused to come out of his room, blocked the door so that his mum couldn't get in (I'd already gone to work). eventually was persuaded to go to school, but them came home (he'd stolen a key to get back in the house, as his mum had told him, that she would be out for a lot of the day, and as she'd said to him that she would tell the school to keep him in sickbay and not send him home, he didn't tell a teacher he'd left).

He then refused to leave the house again, and kept on running away from the car, as Pauline was going to drive him back to school. She eventually got him there, but he left the car and ran away from the school, running back towards home, when Pauline caught up with him, he tried to block the car's route by standing in front of her (I believe Pauline had threatened the removal of stuff from his room if he didn't go to school and he wanted to stop that). When he eventually got home he was banging on the front door and screaming the house down for her (I was on the phone to her from work at that point).

Turns out he had forgotten to do some homework and was afraid of getting detention (2nd time).

We thought we were on top of his Aspberger's, but when stuff like that happens, it brings it back home how powerful that can be.

(plus my new laptop was attempted to be delivered whilst they were out doing that, and now I don't have it :( )

I'm a little bit... freaked about the amount of people who are mentioning insomnia at the minute. About half of my facebook feed has mentioned it.

Is there something in the water?

I'll get over it. People have been through worse. Thanks for the offer, though. What I'll do is go through the running thread, find Mr Chris's 5k time and go out and beat that this morning, that'd cheer both me and him up.

Me neither actually. Forum related stress (Not really).
When you're looking at your twitter feed and even Sinisteragent has gone quiet for the night, it's generally a bad sign.

Oh dear: I've been waking at two and then again at five each morning for the last month or so too.
This is starting to sound like a mystery requiring our favourite timelord to investigate

After watching that "HIPPO" programme presented by the bloke who used to put kit cars together on Discovery I had the most horrific dream I've ever had. I've been unable to bring myself to tell anyone about it because it's so totally fucked up, but it's been playing on my mind since.

Apparently stop isn't a word according to my phone.

My phone however has learned to predict me writing abuse about it and fill it in automagically.

I don't want an iphone. Besides, it don't imagine it'd be that different beyond the odd bafflingly missing word.

Samsung galaxy s. Incidentally.

So I took the show off.
Still there.
OK, there's something odd in my sock.
Correct.
