Yeah. South Park kinda ruins any attractiveness Paris Hilton may ever have had.

Meh. Real filth takes imagination and a spark she shows no sign of having. I'd imagine she fucks like a porn star - mechanically, impersonally, and entirely for show.

Not quite a shot for shot remake, there is more stuff in the Fire Station in Quarantine (which doesn't really add to the film) and there is more exposition / detailing the background in the remake. Having said that Quarantine is probably the best remake of a foreign film that the yanks have done

Which for me kinda negates its point. If you're going to make it shot for shot why just not see the original? [REC] is imo the best zombie film ever.

Because Americans don't like subtitles. And I think I'd prefer a shot-for-shot remake over a dub.

Also, it's not quite shot for shot. I looked on Wikipedia. Apart from anything else, they've changed the explanation:
ZOMG Spoiler! Click here to view!
It's some dude from a doomsday cult who has stolen a rabies-like virus from a military base.

Added exposition:
ZOMG Spoiler! Click here to view!
They find a TV that works and see some news reports from the outside world that state the building was evacuated before being sealed (so they know they authorities have given up on them). Also, one of them tries to tear down the plastic, and is shot by a sniper.

What a load of bollocks. That sounds like a Resident Evil plot. The original was so much better. And the spanish actress is way hotter than Dexter's sister.

Remind me to hack into HC's Lovefilm account. The next one on her list arrived this morning. After The Fountain, which was fucking dreadful I see Australia has arrived 8)

Makes me wonder what kind of other shit she has in the pipeline, but there must be a finite amount of shit films with Jack Hughman in, surely. Nicole Kidman can fuck off as well.

What was wrong with the Fountain? Besides being pretentious and me not understanding half of it? It was nice to look at:)

And Jackman is in The Prestige which is awesome.

Finally got around to seeing Dog Soldiers. The fireside 'devil tattoo' scene was awesome. The effects are a bit ropey and it kind of falls apart near the end, but all up it's a great little film. Also, Lucius Vorenus is in it - he's always good value.

IMDB says "yes"

As does Ms Jameson's own website (which i'm not linking to) , would that review not be better in the
