I believe bedding is provided (Bobby/Curio please correct me if I'm wrong?!) but you'll need to bring a towel. We already have an xbox/Rock Band instruments.

The number 38 Arriva bus from Derby city centre takes you to Stenson Fields which is within about half a mile of the house. From there it should be walkable/someone may offer to pick you up (?). The postcode for the house is DE73 7FZ if you want to have a look at it on the map.

Hope that's of some help :)

That is of much help, thank you. Derby is much bigger than I'd realised, so I'm sure I can get there easily enough. A bus vaguely nearby ought to do me, I have a quite good sense of direction (Manchester meet didn't count, alright?).

Cheers! I can bring controllers/games along if that's the order of the day. Not likely to bring the 360, as I'd have to take it to work with me, and some twatto student would probably teef it.

I have some questions but I think that answers the first but I'll continue anyway:

1) How would you like the extra payment
2) When do you want it by
3) What monies do I need to bring for the consumables on the googledoc I've still not looked at
4) Should I bring my gas BBQ, as it won't get any use otherwise

Much obliged for organising it all, MrC.

I think the 360s are likely to be reserved for group musical purposes only, so I wouldn't worry about that.

After having a quick look at the list, it seems we're going to have loads of Rock Band/Guitar Hero games and some mics, but no guitars or drums. I vaguely remember mention of someone bringing GH drums, so I'll assume they've just not made the list, are we ok for guitars. What about ordinary pads (if there's anything non-music related we're likely to play)?

I'm tempted to bring a real guitar + amp, just to show up you amateurs get horrendously drunk and embarass myself with bad playing.

Is it a valvestate 8080? I use mine as a rest for dead printers. And Blackstones as a door stop.

Nah. Marshall JTM30. Nice and Valvey sound you get out of it.

Depends on quite how rusty I am after nearly 2 years of barely playing. (No practice space in London)

Besides: I'm not actually that good on Guitar, never nave been. I've been told by many people that I have(had?) an amazing feel for Bass and Drums. Guitar though, I was distinctly average.

I'm already bringing an amp for Curio to use for quizzing if needs be, which will quite happily accept guitar based input.

I feared this may be a male "I can't find it" and it'd turn up somewhere obvious, but I can confirm the mic is indeed LOST! Or, more likely, in the loft.

Anyway. Not long now...
