Still worth it then. I've sunk hours into it so far.

Yeah, I haven't dismissed it out of hand. I've just spent £1.99 on Home though (which is excellent, I'm just about to do a 2nd playthrough).

PS home? Worse than Noby Noby Boy.

Wasn't Home a PC game first (work is blocking that website. Hnngh)? I recall it had a bit of a rave about it as being creepy-excellent.

I might give that a shot if it's the one I'm thinking about.

Yes, I always check the 'top in-app purchases' before downloading a game these days. If it has stars or coins at all, I immediately dismiss it.

And lo and behold, this game has them.

Yep, just seen your message on Twitter.

I will say that it's so well hidden that I didn't realise. You certainly don't think "ooh, I wish I had more gold, and could spend some pennies to speed up the game" at any point.

I played this earlier for a little while and it's right up mah street. I'm going to have to set an hour aside to go through it from start to finish.

The inApp purchaseable cars shook my faith in Retro Racing and so I abandoned it.

Whilst Games to play >> Time available stuff with crap like that, no matter from how talented a man has to work very hard to keep my faith.

The counter point to that being that I've bought Magic 2014. A little hit of the old drug for an ex-junkie who grew up and met girls.

Swipe up. You'll get to grips with the games after a few goes and then you're managing three games at a time. It's awesome.

Stick Cricket Partnerships seems to be available now. It's the Stick Cricket we all* know and love, but it's now an asynchronous co-op version for two people (hence the name).

If you like Stick Cricket and you have a friend, give it a whirl.

The one player game is crazy difficult, as you have to play with a tail ender. I've had five attempts at getting a fifty partnership. In four games he got out from one ball, the other time off his second ball. So to win you need to hit a fifty without giving your partner the strike! Crazy!

Or save up your dollars earned in multiplayer to buy a better partner. Or Pay-2-WinTM.

Jesus, this is a travesty of an android port. It locks up regularly, can't handle a weak data signal, the mute setting are only available within a game and only apply to that game, and if you leave it running in the background it doesn't idle properly and runs the media player constantly. I've gone from 45% to 2% in two hours...

I saw that I had a game invite from you last night, but this morning it gas disappeared.

No matter, game has been uninstalled after yet another android issue. Notifications are on by default with both sound and vibration. There is no option to turn them off...

I'll venture it's not a purer droid issue. I've never known an iOS app crash so often, or need force quitting to get updates if you leave it on the wrong screen.

It crashes quite a lot for me, but I've never had to force quit to get updates. There's a progress bar along the bottom that shows you how far you are from refreshing your games. I think it updates every minute or so.
