Do you'll think I'll be able to get a discount on a group of rooms?

I was offered £40 for myself and MrsA. Asuuming I've picked the correct place.

It is this one: http://www2.travelodge.co.uk/search_and ... tel_id=443
They are about as interested in group discounts as they are in Greek streetlights.

Are you going to want picking up from the airport?
I'm happy to do so, or another Beexer could be driving up the M1, or the train from Luton to Bedford takes 20 minutes and runs often.

yeah i think i want, that's why asked before if 11.55 was still considered morning...

if it's too much of a problem i'll sort out the train 20 mins seems excellent too, and i actually like trains..(train from airport or luton town (the former league club)

somebody passing luton around noon (lot's of time to decide anyway)..

Hotel booked, even though they've got a sale on this morning so it's really busy (although this isn't going cheap, so I'm sure it's ok to wait).

We have booked, but travelodge appear to have a £10 sale on right now, so the server is really busy. However, this hotel doesn't appear to be in the sale, so there's no rush to try and get it cheap, or beat everyone else to it (when I say it isn't still going cheap, it is still £40 as Mali said).

Theere's a £10 a room sale on, so booking Bedford is tricky. It won't let me do it yet.

How big's the garden? I'll bring a one man tent if needs be. Otherwise I'm more than happy to sleep in the bath/on Mr Dave/in a car.

I am up for this and would be fine with either hotel or slumming it. Or even driving back home, though obviously it would be nice to be able to partake in beerage.

Also, I'll very happily pick up romanista, I'd be pretty much going past Luton Airport anyhow. Provided I have a car, of course.

Aye, prolly. Mine is the one with the round pool in (ignore the marker). There's a car at the front for scale.

I thought about it because a few places are having sales of garden furniture. I'll pick up a couple of those folding directors-type chairs for us. :)

Booked a room in the Travelodge. Probably more comfortable than a pup tent and some straw.

Straw? Posh.

I get onto telling people what type of food they're going to be bringing soon.

P.S. If you're a couple, don't be surprised when you get two lots of food!

Or joint Christmas presents (which is fine for family members and stuff, but when it's mates down the pub, bah!)
Or - worst of all - if you're splitting the petrol for a journey. How does it make any sense that couples don't pay twice as much as singles?

Shall I fix that?

Or are you going to the splinter BBQ meet?

Let me know what Miss Malabar and I should bring. I'll stay in the hotel, so no need for sleeping space.
