I think this will be one of the last times I will as ask I don't want to be a pain if you don't mind.

At the end of this month myself and a few others will be taking part in the UKs toughest winter mud run (http://avalancherun.co.uk/), 10km across fields, icy lakes, freezing mud pits and stinking swaps all to raise money for Ronald McDonald House Charities so dig deep and help us raise as much money as possible!
