Things must be slow at Ebuyer. That's the third order in a row where I've used Super Saver only to have the goods dispatched the same day.

Well Alan Wake had a good review! Sounds pretty awful if you read the review but they still give it 7/10.

Sounds like shit. Glad they 'fucked' us PC owners over now. I would have been terribly dissapointed if it was actually any good after all the fucking noise they have made about it*

*Apparently according to legend this game was going to be revolutionary. So good infact that M$ decided not to release it on PC at all because there was more money to be made in keeping it exclusive to the 360. Thus, loads of letters of complaint were written to the PC publications I read every now and then whining about how M$ wipped it a few times then pulled it.

So fuck em.

They're a business and they move where the money is. It has nothing to do with ‘fucking PC-owners’; they're not in this game to be your friend.

In related news, Miss Malabar's younger brother has been offered a free scholarship at some American sports university. Don't know if he'll go; he needs to make sure his grades stay high and his swimming times keep improving.

Reading the review it seems she's most whiney about clichés and female stereotypes. Plus, she usually reviews Farmville and stuff.

Not yet!

Man, finished reading the review now and it's essentially four pages of saying "It's like Resident Evil, this is OLD!", then they give Resident Evil 10/10. But nevermind, I've just finished installing it.

Why is it that Asus can not get a 6 core Phenom 2 to work on my £150 motherboard yet Asrock are actually trying to (and updating) and have released a bios two days old? Let's see.... £150 - £30. I think I will go for Asrock in the future, especially when you consider they are pretty much coming from the same place. Not that I want a 6 core Phenom 2 of course because they are a complete waste of money given that nothing really supports 6 cores, let alone any games.

Just asked an Ebay seller if it's OK to come and have a look see prior to the conclusion of the auction, and if so, if they are willing to accept a reasonable offer and take it away that day. Hopefully they will say yes, so we can get down to "what is a reasonable offer", as people tend to forget about things when they have sweaty fivers stuffed in front of their faces.

Ah well done, I did some building projects there a few years ago and got to go exploring. It is an awesome place and really wish I had gone there as a student! (However, as a belming mong it was never gonna happen!)

It will be a fantastic experience. Smart! (in both the clever and *proper* sense!)

Today, a 15-strong gang of scallies decided not to start a fight with me because I was visibly wasted. Unusually charitable of them. Try not to move to Liverpool, eh?

(Sorry. I think I'm just a bit paranoid that I or someone close to me is going to suffer severe brain damage at the hands of a gang of fucking imbeciles.)
