Be Excellent To Each Other

Does anyone know of a program that'll rip *iPlayer type flash files, specifically This one. What I usually use to rip stuff [freecorder or Any video converter] won't actually touch things like this. I hope to make an edit out of it in movie maker sort of along the lines of this NSPCC one I did.

*Incidentally I think its a flash file format, I'm unsure as this and iPlayer stuff are the only things that Don't get captured by either of those two.
