The first bit of clothing I ever bought myself was a Ghostbusters hoodie when I was 10 because it was illuminous. To me it was a bit magical. It's weird but it's just something that makes me happy. Like nostalgically I guess.

Whenever I wear a watch in bed I always have to open my eyes after a few mins just to see the lume. So far I've not gotten bored of it.

I think, unless you are American, gotten only works in phrases like:

Ill gotten gains

The argument regarding the correct use for gotten is one I can't remember.

Like so many of the so-called "Americanisms", gotten is simply the older way of saying "got".

In the context of "not gotten bored of it" what is the proper English version?

I've managed to coach myself out of saying "can I get" and now say "may I have" instead

I would just say: "I am not bored of it yet"

"Gotten bored" sound wrong because boredom isn't something you have, it's a state to be in.

"I am bored" not "I have boredom"

So I would agree with Malc. "I am not bored of it" or "It is not yet boring"

But I of course am not an oracle of the English language, so I might be orating from my anus

That's a good trick, if you can do it.
