But what if they're the previous owners? We have to respect their remains!

edit: plus we can't really send workers to clean the place up, corpse wise, without them potentially being killed to death by skellington.

Stuff them back in their sarcophagi and get the builders to seal them in real good?
Get Ivo or if needed drag Sister Wendy to our place to read their skulls to see how they can be settled down?
Build them a bird table?
Roll nuts towards them?

We needs to tricks him for the precious scrolls.

I could Wild shape into a small thing and knick them in his sleep?

...hang on... didn't he say he'll hand them over if we get him into town? We'd need to make sure the scrolls were legit and not some bogus copy.

WE NEED TO KILL HIM.

He's on his own (apart from his 'children'). Easy pickings I say.

Happy to try the walk him into town / animal theft route before we destroy him though x

Ermintrude has no genitals in the conventional sense.

Is this Gilly compatible?

I bought this book yesterday so while I might not follow it to the letter, I'm probably going to use it as inspiration for the mechanics behind the renovation of Tresander Manor. Which, by the way, you should feel free to rename as you see fit.

It's up to you as a group how you want the renovations to go as well. You could go for a straight forward renovation and have it restored to what it might have been like 500 years ago before the town was overwhelmed by the Orcs, you could fully customise the internal layout and room types, or you could go somewhere in the middle and say specific rooms you want and leave it to me to sort the layout based on that.

Sildar will provide costings when he gets word back from Neverwinter and once he's found out what trades and materials are available in Phandalin but in general, all three options will cost about the same with possible slight increases for highly specialised rooms.

I have no idea what you've got. I've been putting what we've earned each session in the thread. But I think we've each bought stuff to alter totals individually. I know I have.

Well you've only just asked me, so you'll have to go back and find each little pile of coins you left at the end of each session. Hope you get there before a dragon does.

I'll match with the lowest amount of the other members as I spent very little at Costa.

Or should we just start again?

We had this conversation already! Your age is showing mr swiss cheese brain. All the loot I posted was divided equally between 5 players. The assorted gems and purple murder pearls of peril I'm carrying.

Hmmm, Ivo would be happy to look after your money, but he does have a need to drop a WHOOOLE load of cash on censers made of filigree silver, incense, rare dried herbs and decorated crystal chalices.
