Blokes paying £30 for a haircut? Did Beex get replaced with Be Metrosexual To Each Other?

I generally pay about £15 (even when I lived in London), and that includes getting my head rubbed by an attractive young lady (a vital part of a haircut). I'd be pushed to find anywhere near here that charged north of £20 for a bloke's haricut.
I know a girl who once got given a £500 haircut for free.

It made her look terribly unattractive. Unless you were into the electrified poodle look.

Got home from school and found out my child had been in detention for not doing the reading thing I mentioned last time. She did do the reading thing, I wrote it all down in her reading record. The teacher that put her in detention even added a new book and signed it so she had to have seen my entries. Didn't just bitch about it on the internet, called the teacher responsible and had a go at her about it. Teacher wants to see the reading record on monday (fine by me) and actually had the nerve to try and twist it round like it was a good thing and call it a reading club, when in reality she needs to apologise to my daughter.

7) Superhero junk isn't just for boys. I'm sure some are heterosexual. Like Aquaman.

I liked it too. Bettany was pretty much exactly as I imagined Maturin to be. I wouldn't have made that book into the film though.

Thinking of impulse buys, the other day I saw on Ebay an Atlanta Braves uniform in my size. I was about to buy it, then stopped when I saw that the name on the back was 'McCann'. I felt very guilty for immediately thinking of BeeX and laughing.

There is the further, more technical option of “bang it with a hammer.” This works on both to move something that is stopped, and to stop something that is moving.

Having seen the figure for London, this should probably be retitled "20 cities which each have a certain locale which has a high property price per square metre in that specific area, but where it should not be concluded that this applies across the city as a whole". Which isn't quite as catchy.

It did say "prime inner city area", though so that gives them an excuse.

Dublin has fallen far - 65% down. I think it held the record for most expensive house at one point, €58m in Dublin 4. (http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/pro ... 88739.html)

Dude-

Exhibit A - loads of properly fit women, wearing very little, gyrating around in a sechsual manner

Exhibit B - Russell Grant getting shot out of a cannon.

If that doesn't float your boat then you're broken.

I have to confess I'm sceptical - I've seen a few minutes of a few episodes, and it largely seems to be tired nerd jokes. Completely happy to be wrong, though, as ever.
