He entered an area between the protest and the police. Presumably, the police were instructed to view any incursion into this gap as a possible threat. |

On a sort of related note, does anyone know if it's possible for someone ove 25, say someone who was 35, and had taken 2 years of a degree, and 2 years of grant, but no student loan, to be able to get a loan to help in perhaps a part time course? Or, as my limited research suggests, is this only accessible to under 25s with no prior university study? Malc |
