This is something the Daily Wail doesn't seem to understand, of course, and they think we should just do away with the whole system and the support it gives a couple of million deserving people in order to deal with a few thousand cocks.

Frankly I think the system is worth keeping even if the cost is some alkies getting paid to drink.
