Crackdown's lower than I thought it would be.

Super Mario World should be higher. And the only other 2 deserving games are Deus Ex and Rainbow Islands

It was almost not in the top 50 at all. Twice.

I was surprised HoH didn't get more. I voted for it and so did one other person. There's quite a few cases where some excellent games only got voted for by a single person or attracted a few people but only with low votes. 3D Deathchase had 3 people vote for it* but only got 5 votes in total for example.

Who on earth thinks Tekken 3 is better than Perfect Dark?!? There'd better be a Street Fighter high up the chart or there will be trouble!

I think putting my face in a puddle of dog vomit is better than Perfect Dark.

Of which 1 I hadn't thought about when trying to think of 10.

3 games I would point blank refuse to play.
6 games I have no real interest in trying.
2 game I would be interested to try.

Legend Of Zelda: A Link to the Past - 13

I gave it 5 , so either one person gave it 8 , or more people gave it smaller amounts.

Although Orcarina typically hits the tops of these types of charts on other gaming websites LOZALTTP was the first Zelda game i played and my first real console RPG (unless you count Indy on the Atari2600), it has a reasonable difficulty level , and is quite long with a nice mechanic with the light and dark world

A real 'wow' moment for me with it was the first time you do the first batch of dungeons , and go to 'rescue' the princes only to be warped into the other world and realise the map is double the size you originally thought.

As my first Zelda it also introduced nice touches to the gameplay like the hookshot , and blowing up any walls which looked dodgy :-)

*note - not actually an idiot. You might not like fighting games at all. However, if you do like fighting games and don't like Tekken 3, then previous slander does indeed apply.

I just the Tekken Series. I voted it my #1.

The other two points were from me then, I think.

I remembered having the most fun with Tekken 2, so that was the one I voted for.

Another awesome game. I wasn't sure which one to vote for as I loved them equally. If Tekken 2 has more votes I'll kick myself for voting for the wrong one.

I know we are to discuss merging of game series post-list, but this is actually the same game. The name strangely warped over time (my PSone version was titled differently to my Steam version, but it is the exact same game)

I think the former makes the latter never likely to happen.

Nah, it's understandable if you weren't aware of it. There are several different X-Com games so it's an one that can easily slip by.
